How did you take notes of your dreams?

As for the dreams, I would always keep a notebook and pen beside my pillow, and would wake up after each dream, even in the middle of the night, to write everything down with a fresh memory. This because we tend to forget dreams very easily, and I was not sure I would be able to recollect all the beauty and details in the morning.

As for the messages, most of them were taken either right before falling asleep with my notebook on my pillow, or during meditation. I would always keep pen and paper with me in those years.
In Foal 1, Foal asks God Supreme about the reason why taking messages always made him so sleepy, and he does get his answer.
